Our very stable, well managed client is seeking a Help Desk & Network Administrator at their industrial site. This role will report to an excellent IT Director located in a different region while working hand-in-hand with an excellent CFO.
Must be a proactive, problem solver able to work successfully with little direct oversight.
- Windows Server
Responsible for all help desk matters including building & deploying desktops, user interaction (password resets, setting up new accounts, basic application matters). Also responsible for learning internal system architecture with the goal of eventually administering, maintaining, and improving the system.
