    The IT Director will be in charge of the oversight of all the information systems within the organization. We need a hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working with the team to achieve goals. Meet quotas, eliminate security risks and increase customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a change management expert and extremely knowledgeable about the hierarchical infrastructure of a wholesale and retail information systems.  Your operations and systems maintenance experience will help our systems grow as we expand. This position is based in Thibodaux, Louisiana, the IT Manager will be required to travel throughout South Louisiana.

    • 10+ years of proven experience as IT Manager or relevant position

    • Develop reliable metrics for hardware, software and storage while ensuring strategic capacity planning
    • Software and Application development to help achieve process efficiencies within the organization
    • EDI computer platforms
    • Communicate clearly with the executive team, internal and external customers
    • Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase data safely
    • Direct and support implementation of software and hardware upgrades
    • Identify and recommend new technology solutions that we can implement in each department
    • Manage the help desk
    • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
    • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
    • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
    • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
    • Provides telephone, in-person and online support to end-users
    • Administers e-mail and anti-virus systems
