  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in project management, field supervision, or estimating/pre-construction roles for a commercial general contractor or subcontractor.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, and scheduling software programs.
  • Solid skills in the areas of math, budgeting, financial analysis, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.
    Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, with scope and within budget.
    Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
    Ensure resource availability and allocation by coordinating job duties and delegating tasks to construction crews and sub-contractors.
    Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
    Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure all safe work practices are being followed at all times.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
