The Project Administrator will be responsible for serving as the lead liaison between internal and external stakeholders (PMs, contractors, internal mgt, and other departments).
- Client Billing
- Contract Management
- Invoice Processing
- Experience in a variety of related areas (A/R, A/P, project and contracts knowledge, invoicing, job management).
- This role will be responsible for project billing in accordance with contract terms, review of sub invoices, processing invoice payments, and maintaining project recrods.
- This role is also responsible for project contract administration ensuring appropriate review and recordation
