Growing healthcare company seeks seasoned Payroll Specialist to handle multiple payrolls for various, multi-state entities.
Job Responsibilities:- Processed/Submit Payroll/Benefits for 4 healthcare facilities of roughly 200 total employees
- Efficiently process new hires and terminations
- Manage/Enroll/Term Employees in HC Plan and Benefits
- File/Remit Payroll Liabilities
- File/Remit Quarterly/Annual Liabilities
- Provide input for all Payroll/HR decisions
- Report/Communicate with the states regarding employee’s status
- Manage Employees and Companies Handbook
- 4+ years of full-charge Payroll duties
- Experience with Benefits
- Solid Excel and QuickBooks experience
