Established Downtown Financial Services firm seeks mature Office Administrator with strong accounting skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Day to day Office Management including ordering supplies, mail, organizing and scheduling events, and very light phones
  • Oversee and coordinate employee benefits (new hires, terminations and renewals)
  • Communicate and interact with employees and clients
  • Process payroll and related journal entries
  • Accounts Payable, Billing/Accounts Receivable/Collections, Bank reconciliations and Journal entries
  • Other financial reports (monthly and yearly)
  • Review and process employee expense reports
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-charge accounting skills
  • Accounting degree preferred but not required
  • QuickBooks, Excel, Word
