Description

 

  • Develop and schedule training
  • Develop curricula
  • Talent Management
    • Run monthly turnover report
    • Assist in completion of annual performance evaluations
    • Assist in development of workforce plans for operating groups and career development plans for Supervisors
  • Tracking and reporting
    • Update and maintain training database
    • Track requirements and participation
    • Evaluate effectiveness of courses
    • Develop (if necessary) and provide reporting document to management
  • Administrative
    • Assist HR Manager and with generalist functions
    • Communicate course offerings and schedules¬†
    • Prepare training documents for in-house trainers
    • Coordinate training events off site

Skills

5 or more years in HR and Training

Experience with a Learning Management System a plus

Experience in learning with strong technology and communication skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to define priorities

Ability to communicate and cooperate with all levels of staff

Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office Suites)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

5 or more years of experience in HR and Training
